Who are Celebrating Swanson?

Celebrating Swanson is the name of an informal group of Swanson friends who wish to make a positive contribution to the local community and have fun while doing it!

Celebrating Swanson is NOT a legal entity....!

• We have NO money
• No constitution
• No minutes
• No elections
• No AGM
• And NO politics!

We just really like doing cool stuff for the community and enjoy ourselves in the process!

Here are some of the things we do (and you can find more details by clicking on the Menu Buttons on the left):

• Organise Community Picnics (see Events)
• Support the Playcentre in  fundraising through a Swanson Recipe Book
• Provide Film Evenings for local residents
• Run a monthly Swanson Seniors group
• Establishing a Community Garden
• Help with the monthly Swanson Market
• Organise the Community Constable Volunteers
• Help to get artworks in the Swanson community
